Katrina Szish is a television personality, writer and expert on fashion and pop culture. She is currently the National Correspondent for InStyle magazine and appears regularly on The Today Show, The CBS Early Show, Entertainment Tonight, CNN and Fox News Channel. Previously, Szish was a host on ABC News Now and an anchor for ABC NEWS on MTV-U. Szish has held senior editorial positions at VOGUE, GQ and US WEEKLY magazines. She graduated with honors from Harvard University and lives in New York City.NEWS:New York Fashion Week kicked off last night with The Ruby Slipper Collection bash, in honor of the "Wizard of Oz" 70th anniversary, at Saks Fifth Avenue. Designers (from Manolo to Christian to Betsey to Stuart) were challenged to re-imagine the ruby slipper through their own eyes, and every Swarovski crystal studded pair was a masterpiece. Betsey Johnson and Stuart Weitzman were both on-hand to showcase their creations, as Molly Sims and Lindsay Price perused the shoes. Check out the exhibit now on display at Saks Fifth Avenue (don't miss the windows!). Naturally, it's on the SHOE floor.
